At Gone Coastal, we’re proud of the craftsmanship and quality built into every piece of our outdoor furniture. To back that up, we offer a 20-year residential warranty and a 2-year commercial warranty, ensuring your investment is protected for years to come.

Coverage

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If a manufacturing issue arises during the warranty period, we’ll replace the defective parts at no cost to you.

What’s Not Covered

The following are considered standard signs of normal use and are not covered under this warranty:

• Minor scratches

• Slight fading due to sun exposure

• Expansion or contraction from temperature changes

Hardware Guarantee

We guarantee that all hardware, swivels, and bearing straps will not fail for:

• 5 years under residential use

• 2 years under commercial use

Discontinued Products

• Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Warranty claims must be submitted within 10 days of the expiration date.
